IV. Ordering Regulations

VI. Instructions for Using Shopping Credits and Discount Coupons
1. Earn 1 point for every 20 yuan spent, and each point can be redeemed for 1 yuan in future spending.
2. New users will receive 100 points upon registration. Each new user is limited to receiving this bonus only once.
3. Members can earn 50 points for each new user they refer who registers as a Flower Leaf member using their personal "Referral Link".
4. If shopping credits are used for the purchase, no more shopping credits will be awarded for this order.
5. Shopping credits or discount coupons given by this website can be used to offset the order amount by entering the serial number at checkout or by the system automatically calculating the discount. There is no limit to the amount of shopping credits that can be used each time (up to 100% of the current purchase amount, excluding shipping fees).
6. Accumulate 3,000 shopping credits to become a "Silver Leaf Member" and receive an additional 3,000 points. If a member cancels an order, causing their accumulated shopping credits to fall below their membership level, the points originally awarded for reaching that level will be deducted and refunded to the company.
7. Accumulate 5,000 shopping credits to become a "Golden Flower Member" and receive an additional 5,000 points. If a member cancels an order, causing their accumulated shopping credits to fall below their membership level, the points originally awarded for reaching that level will be deducted and refunded to the company.
8. Shopping credits are valid for one year.
9. If a product is purchased using shopping credits and then returned, the credits or points used will not be refunded.
10. Online purchases can only be awarded shopping credits after the 7-day appreciation period has ended and the purchase has not been cancelled or returned, once the sales process is complete.
11. If a member cancels (including refunds) an order that was not offset with shopping credit points, the points originally awarded for that order will be deducted and refunded to the member, who will receive a points refund email notification. However, if the order was offset with shopping credit points, the points already offset will not be refunded after the member cancels the order.
12. Shopping credits and discount coupons on this website cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or special offers.
13. Shopping credits and discount coupons on this website cannot be transferred to other accounts. They will be automatically cancelled after the expiration date and will not be reissued.
14. Shopping credits and discount coupons on this website cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate the relevant rules and terms of the "Instructions for Use of Shopping Credits and Discount Coupons". The Company will only need to announce any changes through this website immediately after the change, and the changes will take effect from the date of the announcement without further individual notification.
