Payment and Shipping Instructions

Payment methods

● Credit Cards: Supports VISA/MasterCard
● Bank Transfer: Transfer your payment directly to our bank account. Please use your order number as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.
● Online ATM: This requires a personal computer and a chip card reader. After installing the bank's online ATM component on the bank's website, insert the bank's chip card into the card reader and enter your personal chip card PIN to use the ATM service.
● ATM: When using an ATM, you must select the "Payment" function button.
● Convenience store code: Enter the code at the designated convenience store machine to make payment.
● Convenience store barcode: Simply show the barcode at the convenience store counter to pay.

● Free shipping on orders over $2500. Please note that ambient temperature and refrigerated packages are calculated separately for the minimum order amount.
● Standard temperature home delivery logistics partner (Taiwan Main Island and Outlying Islands): Taiwan Home Delivery Express
● Refrigerated and frozen delivery (Taiwan Main Island and Outlying Islands): Taiwan Delivery Service
● Convenience stores (Taiwan Island and outlying islands): 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK Mart
● Self-pickup (store pickup): No. 2, Wenchang 3rd Street, Beitun District, Taichung City

Other notes

● Once the order is placed and the order status is confirmed, it will be shipped out in about 2-3 business days (excluding public holidays and national holidays).
● In case of a large number of orders or force majeure events, shipment may be delayed.
● If you choose "Home Delivery": it depends on the actual delivery status of the logistics company and the route arranged by the home delivery driver.
● If you choose "Home Delivery": Please pay attention to the delivery notification and pick up the package within 7 days of arrival. Please do not fail to pick up the package without a valid reason; any resulting shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
● As the products on the official website are synchronized with Shopee, inventory may not be updated in real time. If an item is out of stock, we will notify consumers via in-app message.
